Register Your Return
Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack the Items
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are intact, and include the return form inside the parcel.
Ship the Package
Attach the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest designated courier point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team has inspected and approved the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
